Ginny Gorman hi Ginny... that affordability issue is a big one here, as well. And for many buyers it's a question of being approved for a higher purchase price. Income has not kept up with home price increases.

Yes, it's the affordable homes that seem to be in scarce supply. We have sellers who are very concerned they won't be able to find a suitable home once theirs sells It's a big problem.
