Thanks, Deborah. Come on back to visit. I love living here (a former Bostonian). My intent is to create content for Localism, and in general to share infomation with buyers who may be interested so they can make an informed decision about the area. I'm glad that you found this appealing. It really is a charming area, if you can afford it. I need to add some more photos

Jeff, the ocean views in those pictures are great, if I had a house on top of one of those hills/cliffs I would probably never leave the house and just sit out there enjoying the view.

That would not be to good for business........LOL

Hi Jeff - hmm - that sounds like the perfect place for me to live - since I am a composer.  Too bad I don't make enough to afford a $1 million dollar home however!!   All my life people have said "you are so very California" (in many ways they say..)   Ironically - I've never lived there :-)

Wow Jeff.. I had to check out the composer district of Cardiff-by-the-Sea!  I didn't know that composers were doing so well!  This is absolutely breath taking... I would love to in this lovely section of Cardiff. ... but I'll have to take some music lessons and find someone to subsidize me.  LOL.. I guess I'll just have to visit.
