Good morning Barbara Todaro, such a wonderful place to get the exercise that our bodies need!  I am really enjoying swimming laps and I think it is getting me in better shape.  Also on day 2 of 20 count leg raises, 10 sets.

hold those legs only inches off the floor.... and 10 sets is great.... the closer to the floor your legs are held, the more effective the routine.... the abs work harder to hold it... Brian England
