It really IS a beautiful area, very close to the beach, close to the freeway and a busy residential area, and yet it feels a world apart. Every time I walk there I say "why don't we do this more often!"

It really is that way - you feel like you are in another world, which is most pleasant given the crowded area here by the beaches.

That's weird about the video - I have tried accessing from several browsers and no problems. I will try to reload it. Maybe it's an AR issue!

I have sold several homes in the area and having the lagoon and trails close by is a big plus for many people.
