As the Millbridge Real Estate Snapshot below shows, both sales and list prices of homes in Millbridge were up during the 2nd quarter of 2019 compared with the 2nd quarter of 2018. New listings are up slightly year-over-year, as are the number of closed sales. Average days on market have also increased over the second quarter of 2019, but it should be noted that a big portion of sales in Millbridge is new construction where it's expected that days on market will be longer. As of June, average days on market for resale homes were 40, while for new construction they were 77 days.
