Banning Lewis is bordered by Woodmen Road to the north, Marksheffel Road to the west, Meridian Rd to the east and south of Highway 94 on the southern border. This subdivision is a massive project that will take years to completely build-out. The area features a fantastic recreation center named “The Ranch House”. The Ranch House features a fitness center and meeting rooms as well as a Junior Olympic pool, splash zone and much more.

Claremont Ranch is a residential subdivision located on the eastern edge of Colorado Springs.
