Crismark Neighborhood in Charlotte Area's Indian Trail
Real Estate Snapshot For 2nd Quarter 2019
Crismark homes sold faster than ever in the 2nd Quarter of 2019 and they sold at an average 99.34% of list price, which meant there wasn't a lot of negotiating room for buyers interested in this community. In such a large community with some 900 homes, we shouldn't assume that because median and average sale prices were down in the 2nd Quarter of 2019 that home values in Crismark are decreasing. More likely it was the price mix of homes that were for sale and closed in the second quarter 2019 versus the same quarter 2018, as homes in Crismark can range in price from the low $200,000's to the mid-$400,000's.
