Canyon Creek, Austin TX 78726 is one of the most desired communities in NW Austin. It’s located just off the outer loop of Hwy 620 between Anderson Mill Road and Hwy 2222.
It’s a prestigious master planned neighborhood with 1,330+ homes of really nice people. I live there and know first hand. You’ll find it contains two parks, a Junior Olympic pool, lighted tennis courts, a new community center, nature trails, top notch public schools, close proximity to our lakes and extensive entertainment and dining options. Canyon Creek homes range from the mid $300,000’s to the high $600,000’s and includes 2 gated sections offering detached garden/condo home living options; The Villas at Canyon Creek and The Enclave plus Canyon Creek West a David Weekly built community of 47 homes.
Filled with stunning homes, a meticulously landscaped entrance and perfect location, Canyon Creek draws buyers from all across the country. Canyon Creek residents are assigned to the highly accredited Round Rock School District with the exemplary Canyon Creek Elementary located in the middle of the community. Annual HOA dues are currently $440 per year and covers maintenance of the main entrance and entrance into each section, open space, pool, community center and tennis courts. The property tax rate is 2.309 per $100 evaluation.
We are so excited our new sign is up for our Community Center that opened in June.
The Canyon Creek Cyclones had another exciting season at the community pool.
I'm a proud sponsor of the Cyclones Swim Team as this is a wonderful summertime activity for kids residing in Canyon Creek.
The Canyon Creek HOA is always trying to come up with summertime activities for the whole family. A first this year was a Drive In movie night featuring Spider-man! A great turnout and complete success!
Another activity created by some families with the Canyon Creek HOA was a decorate your bike and join the 4th of July parade! Some special clients of mine, the Wear family with their four children came decked out with plenty of spirit to join in the parade.
The Canyon Creek neighborhood is a family friendly community and families love to get together to mix and mingle with neighbors. Over 200 particpated in the bicyle parade and a huge thank you to Leslie Kvashickas and Julie May for orchestrating the parade from Canyon Creek Elementary down Boulder Lane to Trail head park, a sight to behold! Just another reason many love to call Canyon Creek home.
This is my second entry into the Active Rain July challenge of showing off our city by showing you a wonderful community and what they have to offer for summertime fun.
