On July 17, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down 1.9% to the price of $647,000 in June of 2019 from price of $659,500 in May of 2019, and lower 4.1% from price of $536,940 in June of 2018, While, homes sales up 0.4% in June of 2019 from in May of 2019, and increased 0.6% from June of 2018 in Ventura County, California.
There were 4.9 months supplies of available inventory of homes in June of 2019 unchanged from 4.9 months in May of 2019, but higher from 1.5 months in June of 2018. An average it took 45.0 days to sell a home in June 2019, gained from 44.5 days in May of 2019, and rose from 40.0 days in June of 2018, in Ventura County, California.
