Stowe, Vermont Area Home Sales Report: Comparison of the 1st Half of 2019 to 1st Half of 2018 - MARKET REPORT
As a full time Stowe area broker, I am often asked "so how's the market?" Sometimes, you just know - it's great, ok or really slow. Other times, it's a mixed bag. That's how I would sum up the 1st half of year report in 2019. Some towns are doing well - like Stowe, and Waterbury while others, not so much - like Elmore. Other towns show sales are down and inventory is down. Like I said - a mixed bag.
