4. Add local services for your google my business listing.

5. Add NAP (name, address, phone number ) specific pages to match your website with embedded map.

6. Launch Jack New Subdivision Developents ( Best Method for New Homes )

7. Claim a exhisting neighborhood GMB listing

8. Use your listings as a google my business.

9. Rank a Google My Business for a local home query. Example "How much is my house worth Charlotte"

10. Create 10 GMB listings and get a separate phone number for each listing ( Use plivo, twilio or skype to go number to keep track of leads )

 

Bonus Tip: When creating a new GMB listing you will get a good number of calls initially. You will get very excited but then the calls will stop. This is becasue google wants you to use google my business ads. Instead of doing ads create 5-10 listing with 4 suites per listings location. Rinse and repeat.

 

GMB no address tip: As a workaround you can set up GMB listings with no physical address but upload a profile photo with your legal address and just leverage that GMB to get traffic.

 

Also don't overstuff your GMB listing with keywords. Do not keep changing your GMB business name and category or you will get suspended.

Thanks for post!  Yes Google My Business works!  I get many leads on daily basis due to GMB.  The only thing that is somewhat anoying at times.. the number of SEO messages trying to get us on Page 1!!.. Well fact is locally we dominate the Google Page.. generally over half the page.. sometimes more than half.  But only if you are local as we are set for a local search area.  So maybe those selling their wares are not local - and we are not showing up as they expect, maybe they are using wrong keywords or maybe they are simly stringing a marketing line.  Not sure which.  But it is working.

Great information.  I have a question. I thought that in order to claim a business, Google must send you a post card to verify the businsess.   Is this no longer thea case?  I love the idea.
