A Pleasant Surprise
Have you ever been pleasantly surprised by a client's gesture of assistance (done silently without your knowledge)? I just did.
One Pulasan is a condo development in the Joo Chiat neighbourhood in Singapore. I just discovered this website (by chance) a few nights ago: https://joochiatcondo.com.
The website features a unit in One Pulasan for sale and is the exact same unit that I sold one year ago. The website listed my name and contact number and advised anyone who is interested to contact me. It felt really strange and weird in the beginning and it soon dawned upon me that it could have been the work of the owner.
My suspicions were confirmed shortly after and I felt really touched. Wow! It left me speechless and my heart was full of thanks.
Life Lessons
I am sure most of us have met our fair share of nasty or unpleasant clients. Thankfully there are always the good and awesome ones around. And they teach me a lot about how we should conduct ourselves. And the nasty ones serve as a good reminder that I should never behave like them.
The awesome ones give me the energy to do my best on the days when my energy level is low and needs just a little push.
I am waiting in eager anticipation what other awesome gestures I am going to be receiving in the years ahead.
