The median sale price in June 2019 for single family lots is $22,500, and The median sale price in June 2018 for single family lots was $15,000,. The sale prices rose to rise by  50% from the previous year of $15,000.

One HUGE takeaway from this report is the lack of remaining vacant lots available in Poinciana Village 8 and with multiple buyers chasing them in huge purchases, it is looking very likely that Poinciana Village 8 will be sold out to New Home Construction builders or investors this year.
