Family, Friends, Clients and all,
The stock market remains on fire while the real estate market seems to have run out of gas. Home prices have levelled off and price reductions are running rampant. The Santa Clarita Valley is made up of six areas which include Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Castaic, Newhall and Canyon Country. The entire valley currently has 635 active listings of which is made up of 475 single family homes. Only 22 of these single-family homes are price below $500,000. Valencia has one single family home and Stevenson Ranch none priced below $500,000. The highest price home in our valley is located in the Valencia Westridge community and it is price at $4,000,000.
This month we are going to key on the Creekside community. The community is one of the newest and best located within Valencia. There is no mello roos on these homes which is quite rare for homes built this century in our valley. The community is adjacent to the man-made lake community of Bridgeport, next to Heritage park and behind Valencia High School and The Paseo Tennis and Swim Club. The distance to the mall is just one mile. Would you like to learn more about this and other communities give us a call. We have lived in this community since 1980. No one knows and loves our community more than us.
