A Challenge for You in July!

So I did this a bit backward. You see I talked about the last ten years on my Sunday radio show before I posted the first blog for the contest. There is still one more day left before the end of the month. And I am still working on the first one.

So on my live radio show, I talked about leaving the big-box company and starting an auction company for REALTORS®  It was a great idea but not for me.  I did learn some good lessons...like how to get to the seller's bottom line.

I shared that HomeRome Realty was started in 2009, how my book had just been published and during this same time, I began hosting ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE.

While talking about my latest closing, one of my favorite houses, which I listed and sold in 2011, I relisted and sold it again last week. I loved the previous owners, the present owners and I am pretty sure we found the perfect family for this special home again.

I spoke about taking the MCNE Master Certification Negotiation Expert and how important education continues to be to keep up with real estate. 

\Blogging has been a major part of my real estate life for more than 10 years, actually its been thirteen years and I have continued to speak to an AR member each day.

So this is how I used the post for the contest but I did it The Rome Way. Yes, I shared the past decade on last Sunday's radio show before I entered into Jeff Dowler, CRS contest.
