Too much Laundry

Hello Sheila,  I do most the laundry in our household and have it down to a system that works for me.

Hi Sheila funny thing about sheets they seem to populate themselves! A few months ago I went through all kinds of stuff, including not needed sheets etc and gave them to Goodwill. Who needs so much stuff?  I don't. Although our laundry room is undergoing a remodel so I'm looking forward to having a new washer/dryer hooked up soon!!

Americans are serious consumers.  Often at our own peril.  I cleared out closets awhile back, and wondered how I had accumulated so much stuff.

I do them in batches to avoid them growing into a mountain. But I do agree that we need to lessen our things. Less is definitely more in this case.

We are going to have a garage sale next weekend.  So much stuff that we don't use or need anymore.  

Every time I do an estate sale for a client, I come home and purge more of my stuff. I'm setting up a sale now in a 3,000+ sq ft home that one person lived in. It's an amazing amount of things even for a family of 4!

When I look into my closet, I see many things that I have not worn in years, but I know the minute that I give it away, that is when I will want to wear it, haha.

Sheila, I started cleaning out the master bedroom closet this week, and still have more closets to clean out.

I think we can all relate Sheila. Except the sheets for me....I have just one set for my bed and one set for my guest room. LOL
