The real estate update for  Hyde Park NY in  June 2019 showed 11 single-family detached homes sold,  one less than in June 2018.  There was an average sale price to list price of 97percent.

This June at $306.059 the average sale price was lower than that of June 2018 when it was $321,788, however,  the median sale price of $249,600 was higher than that of the same time last year when it was $236,500.

In June 2018 days on market was 176 this was 91 days more than this June.  This was a good trend, sellers saw their homes under contract much sooner thus cutting down on the showing time.

Homes sold ranged in price from $153,000 to $ 780,850 and consisted of one to five bedrooms with square feet from 611 to 6508.  These homes were built between 1800 and 2017.

Jennifer most of the numbers are fairly close between both years except for the DOM which improved significantly.
