Joya Kaye Hoffard originally hails from the small farming community of Harvey, North Dakota. Joya moved to Florida in 1983 and studied architecture and interior design in Orlando. She got her real estate license in 2000 and never looked back. Joya has high standards when it comes to serving the Brevard community, whether working with buyers or sellers. She has a strong work ethic and dedication to going above and beyond what is expected. Joya believes that if you do something you love and are passionate about, if you love what you do, you’ll never “work” a day in your life. Joya enjoys waking up each day to new opportunities and the chance to meet new people. Her biggest motivation is the excitement and happiness of making her clients' dreams come true. Joya attributes the success of her mediation and negotiation skills to her years of marketing and sales experience. "I love the art of the deal and always have," she says. "I want to create lasting relationships for life and leave my footprints and impressions in others' lives, maybe even change someones life for the better."

Joya lives in Melbourne Beach with her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Frasier Crane. The two of them visit nursing homes together bringing joy and companionship to the elderly residents.
