In this business you only ever have to sell 2 people, yourself and them! You need to be sold that you are a real estate professional, and that you have a definite value to your clients and customers. Many realtors never get past this first hurdle thus inhibiting their careers, and most likely end up leaving the business for another line of work.

Liking yourself unconditionnally is the first necessary mandate in the equation. After all, if you don't like yourself first, how can a client like you? You need to be trusted, respected, and liked to be hired by sellers and buyers. Are you "sold " on yourself? Positive affirmations, product knowledge, and the ability to communicate with others will provide the foundation that will give you the self confidence to achieve results through real estate transactions. Of course we all know that our success through achievement is directly related to our self concept.

A healthy self concept starts with you liking yourself first. Remember, we were born to be secessful, but conditioned to be average! Sell yourself on yourself first, and you will never have to worry about selling them.
