My past clients found themselves working in Singapore for three years so rented the home I sold to them in NW Hills. They knew they would be coming back and loved their home so found dream tenants who took exemplary care of their home and pool. Since their lease wasn't up they didn't want to make their tenants move. The plan was to purchase an investment property upon their return so this was a perfect opportunity to buy one and move in temporarily.

I previewed condos for them so we were ready to look the minute they flew in. We found the perfect 2 story condo they can close and move in August. When the lease is up with their home they will move back in and lease this one out.

So good to see them and work with them again. It all started when I listed their home in Canyon Creek and found them a home in NW Hills. I love repeat clients..especially this sweet, happy family.
