Hey you real estate agents..I'm curious...are sellers being flexible on lowering the home prices?

It seems this is a buyers market..but are you trying to keep the offering price as high as possible or do you tell your seller that after a certain time we should offer a lower price?

Do you have any sellers that are not listening to you and think there house is a castle when in fact Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth told me they never heard of that castle?
