There are two types of people...

At a recent final walk-through of a home, one of my buyer clients, who worked as a mover during college, made this observation. He said, 

 

"There are two kinds of people in this world - the kind who take all of their toilet paper when they move out, and the kind who leave toilet paper for the buyers."

 

He was happy to report that they are buying a home from sellers who are the latter. And just look at the cute flowers they made on a roll they left. Little things can mean alot. 

What type of people are your sellers?
