The Store is Moving

I have a space in a local antique gallery near my home. I have been there about two years and work there on Sundays to offset the cost of my booth. I learned this week that the owner is moving out at the end of next month. Sadly she hasn't told the vendors save one. I am beyond angry. People are often self centered and motivated by their own interests.

I now have to liquidate the thousands of items I have in my space. Some things I have I can not move myself. I will post a small item or two here so if you like I will ship. Bummed.

Well that is truly a bummer Sheila Anderson and a big inconvience. Hopefully you can find another spot in another store? Perhaps you can hire a few folks to help you move stuff? Somehow this will all work out.....just doesn't look like it at the moment.

I wonder if this 'unbiz' person ran out of money and had to make a fast decision or else? I've seen that happen many times. He/she might be embarrased but still that's no reason not to let people know, that's simply the right thing to do.

Hi Anna. The woman that runs the business is NOT a business person. The building was sold but the new owner agreed to keep her until the end of the year. She is leaving at the end of Sptember to a site she found and has not disclosed. Just a jerk move. Thanks Anna. Sheila
