Not So Speechless Sunday: Coreopsis

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

This lovely flower is a coreopsis and is also known as tickseed or pot of gold.  It is a perennial and comes in a variety of colors including yellow, orange, pink and red.

They are drought tolerant, and does well in full sun and partial shade. It does well in zones 4-9.  We liked the contrast of the yellow with deep burgundy centers.

Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday,

Ron & Alexandra

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Those are lovely - cheery yellow again.  Can't help but smile when you see yellow flowers - actually, all flowers. Happy Sunday. We are hosting an Open House for our MultiGenerational listing today. For some reason, Opens are working around here of late. The buyers of another listing, now under contract, fell in love with the house at an Open House Bernie hosted.

I like those. They look like they would be great ground cover and help reduce the weeding  :)

Hi Alexandra... I've seen coreopsis in the other colors you mentioned, but never in yellow. Quite dramatic and eye catching.

Those are a beautiful flower and the fact that  they hardy and drought resistant are a big plus.  Wishing both both a blessed Sunday.

Those blossoms really impose a feeling of joy.  My dad was really fond of all yellow flowers.  He would have loved those.

Oh, the yellow is so beautiful, Alexandra! I'm a fan of the pinks but, the contrast of the yellow & burgandy is striking.
