The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 2.3 percent, new homes are up 2.2 percent and resale condos are down 14.7 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 0.0 percent, down 5.0 percent on condos and down 36.3 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 17.3 percent and the sales volume is down 37.5 percent
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.4 percent and the sales volume is up 21.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 9.7 percent and the sales volume is down 12.7 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 9.8 and the sales volume is down 6.3 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 1.1 percent and the sales volume is up 0.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 7.3 percent and the sales volume up 1.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 7.7 percent and the sales volume is down 5.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 4.8 percent and the sales volume is up 8.3 percent.
Note that for the whole of the county prices are up and all but new homes are even or down in sales volume. Now look at the mission viejo 92691 see how much better that zip code is doing. Up in both their prices and their sales volume. New homes are taking it on the chin down 36.3 for the county.
