Today was another Open House Sunday for Team, and each of the two homes had a steady flow of potential buyers. Tammy did both today. There’s an offer expected on each one of those homes.
The most important factor that resulted from this open house Sunday was two different people made statements saying we took over 2 listings and sold them instantly, and we were “crushing it.”
Those two listings referenced (not the new listings we had open house events on) were on the market for months with other agents, and those homeowners called us after they expired to relist. We had each one pending quickly.
Crush it, they did, but most importantly is the fact that people are watching. Potential clients are paying attention and following the marketing. Just listed suddenly becomes a pending sale, and it makes an impression on those potential clients.
Homeowners and buyers want to witness success. Everyone wants to work with successful people. Let them know when you have a successful event, no matter how small you think it might be. A Sale Pending is a standard occurrence for all agents, but it’s the most important one to your next client.
It was a good Sunday. Two homes will most likely have an offer accepted, and two new buyer clients were secured. That’s a productive day for hosting two open house events.
