I have literally thousands of day lilies all over my yard and in front of my house. Many of these were here when I came but I have separated them and continue to plant them. Now I have learned to buy re-blooming or ever blooming ones because the time it takes to cut them back and remove the wood is far greater than the time I get to enjoy them.
To date I have spent about nine hours over four days starting the cleanup and haven't made a dent. On a positive note the guys at the dump know me well.
