There are currently 21 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market.  3 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale town homes & 2 traditional sale detached homes.  0 homes closed. There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
