The 2019 Carlsbad Brewfest is Almost Here!
Beer and micro-beer lovers will unite with their favorite brews at the 6th annual Brewfest in Carlsbad on Saturday September 7th, sponsored by Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary. That’s less than 4 weeks from now.
But if you live in Carlsbad or nearby and love beer you no doubt are already well aware, and perhaps have already purchased your tickets.
The San Diego area in general, and Carlsbad, have blossomed into a haven of craft breweries and places serving all sorts of beers, ales and micro-brews, plus cider houses. And Carlsbad’s popular Brewfest is an awesome way to check them all out, including wine, cider and kombucha, all in one beautiful outdoor setting, with 40+ area craft breweries represented.
As always, the Carlsbad Brewfest 2019 will be held at Holiday Park on Pio Pico near Carlsbad Village, just south of Carlsbad Village Drive. VIPs can start their beer tasting at 12:00 noon, running until 4:30; general admission is from 1:00 to 4:30.

Of course the main event is beer, micro-brew and other beverage sampling, but there will be games and music, plus food and snacks from multiple vendors to complement your beer and beverages.
Here's some exciting news for you beer lovers! This year they will be offering the 1st Carlsbad Brewfest Collaborative Brew (it's an IPA), a collaboration of Arcana, Burgeon, Culver, Karl Strauss, Papa Marces, Pizza Port and Rouleur brewers. What a treat that will be!
They will be checking IDs and you must be 21 to be admitted to the Brewfest. Plan to arrive early to avoid missing out on your favorite brews – no telling when your faves might run out!
They anticipate 2000 or so beer lovers, so plan accordingly for the best parking in the local area since it’s limited, or just walk or bicycle over.
You can purchase tickets online for $55 for general admission, with VIP tickets at $75 (2 for $135); they even have a Designated Driver admission ticket at $15!
100% of the funds raised from Carlsbad Brewfest 2019 will go to local and regional charities!
