Who wants to see a new listing before everyone else? If you fall into that category, here's your chance to see a home before it comes on the market.
There's going to be an estate sale on August 16-17, 2019 at 3796 Park Place, Addison TX 75001. While some portions of the house will be closed off to the public (bathrooms, closets, one bedroom), most of the 3,000+ square foot house can be seen. Sort of. There's personal property everywhere. The contents of the home have been staged to sell the "stuff" and you'll have to look beyond all that to see the house.
If you're still game, the hours are Friday: 9:00-4:00; Saturday: 9:00-12:00 & 1:00-4:00 (closed noon-1:00 so plan accordingly).
Here are a few pictures. Additional photos (about 90 more) of the personal property can be seen here. Professional photos of the house will be available within 6 days of the conclusion of the estate sale.
Here's a small sample of what's in the sale:
Furniture - LR, BR, DR, patio, office
Purses & handbags: Kipling, Kenneth Cole, Kate Landry, Neiman Marcus, Travelers, LeSportSac, Fossil, Valerie Stevens, Baggallini and others
Baskets (over 150 baskets!)
China & dinnerware: Terrain by Sakura/Sue Zipkin; John Maddocks Ironstone, Moondrops
The house will also be for sale the week after the estate sale is over. This is your opportunity to see the house before it goes on the market. Please ask for Lorrie during the estate sale if you'd like information about the house. United Real Estate Dallas is the listing brokerage.
PLEASE, NO CALLS OR TEXTS OR EMAILS PRIOR TO THE SALE ABOUT THE ITEMS OR THE PRICES.
Good morning, Lorrie Semler, REALTOR® in the Dallas area. Call/text 972-416-3417 wishing you well with the marketing of your soon to come listing of this estate sale.... I can remember one that I had decades ago and the first buyer who saw the home from the outside wanted to buy the entire property including the contents....

Hi Lorrie, I wish you a speedy sale. And yes, what Barbara says - let's all send out that message. Although, I hear what you say about somebody not wanting to take on all of the "stuff" in the house.
