Michael Jacobs I do know what they say about that, Wayne Martin expressed it, and we have met many boat owners who got rid of theirs.  I have also met boat owners who love their boats and would not sell them.  This one is someone's pride and joy, and I have a feeling the owner loves it...    To each their own!  Happy Friday, A

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® yacht shows are a great place to market high end real estate that is on the water with marina slips!  They go together!  There are lots of yachts around here.  Paul Allen who had a home here had a yacht named Octopus that was 414 feet, and it still owned by the family.  A

Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty I did not know that one could fish with these yachts, shows how much I know.  Ron and I toured a yacht in one of the marketplaces where our client works, that was priced at $20million.  The owner offered us a $2million commission...We said, we know nothing about yachts and would not know where to begin...

Later that evening at a dinner party, we were seated next to a woman who was touring the yacht.  I asked her opinion (she owns 3) and she thought that yacht was badly done, except for the engine room which she found exceptional...LOL A

Grant Schneider I hope you get a chance to drive one like this.  I am sure that there are several of these in Florida.  I certainly have seen many in my journeys there.  A

Kathy Streib I totally understand that.  Ron had a friend in high school with whom he went waterskiing in the  ocean.  He loved it, until they got back and  there was all the "work" they had to do.  He said, that it was one reason he did not want to own one... LOL  A
