Hi Nina - in a little more than a month I will be down in Charlotte for a Wedding.  I will have to see where it is in relation to these neighbors.  I know that the future bride and groom have already purchased a house which was a very smart move.

Looks like the Tega Cay South Carolina is a hot market..same song....decreasing inventory and increasing prices. Sellers receiving 97% of asking price can't complain..a little room for negotiation but not much! Excellent report..like the infographic.
