August 17-18 2019 Open Houses in Olympia WA

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty, Olympia WA

Here are the open houses this weekend in the Olympia WA area (Thurston County WA). There are over 100 homes hosting an open house in all price ranges.

Be sure to check them out by clicking here or on the photo below!

Can't make it to an open house, call me to arrange your own tour at a time that works best for you.

Tips for going to open houses:

--Say hi and introduce yourself to the hosting agent!  Don't be shy.  If you are working with an agent, let them know that.

--Wear slip-on shoes as you may be asked to remove your shoes or cover them with booties.

--Keep kids with you at all times and don't bring your pets into someone else's home.

--Keep the lights on.  It's a habit most of us have to automatically turn off the lights as we tour each room, but leave the lights on for the other open house guests.

Have fun this weekend!

Hi - I work in Northern CA - Oakland Berkeley area.  We have not had any open houses or broker's tours since the first of April.  There are several agents who at least want to bring back the broker's tour so that we can see preview homes before showing them to clients.  We currently make appointments to see the homes using calendar software.  On a Sat or Sunday we might have 24 half hour showing with agents and their clients.  It sounds like you are actually holding open houses up in Olympia.  What are your procedures.  Do you have broker's tours.   We take a lot of precautions - always wear a mask, hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes, pleny to soap at the sinks.   Agents are getting antsy to get back out there!
