Our San Francisco Bay Area market is a confusing one right now. Sellers still think they should get multiple offers and sell quickly for more than their wildest expectation.

Buyers think prices are soft and headed down.

We are really somewhere in the middle.

We need those Millennials to step to this buying opportunity and buy a home!

I agree with John, it's confusing right now in Silicon Valley real estate, and "We need those Millennials to step to this buying opportunity and buy a home!"
