On July 17, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.9% at an average price of $550,000 in July of 2019 from an average price of $545,000 in June of 2019, and higher 2.8% from $535,000 in July of 2018. While, homes sales up 0.7% in July of 2019 from June of 2019, and rose 4.0% from July of 2018, in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in July of 2019, down from 3.7 months in June of 2019, and lower from 3.7 months in July of 2018. An average it took 26.0 days to sell a single family home in July 2019, gained from 24.0 days in June of 2019, and jumped from 23.0 days in July of 2018 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
