Summer is around the corner!!

Fot those of us in the northeast the warmer weather is a welcome blessing. This past year was unseasonably warm, I'm not complaining. I don't much care for the winters anymore. We did get some spring weather this year unlike last year when it seemed like we went right from winter to summer. For most agents in our area they seem to slow down their business during the summer months. I find that is the time to pour on the gas.

I would like to know .....Do you take more time off during the summer or turn up the heat?

I take about two weeks off a year - - - and work my tail off the other 50.  Just heard from my niece in Jersey that it's gonna be a hot one tomorrow.  - enjoy :)

I take more time off in the winter to ski when the market is slower.  During the summer, I usually work my tail off so I can afford a good portion of time off in the winters to work at my skiing passion.  Of course, I generally work at least 2-3 hours on vacation days.
