1. Received a call from someone who said they want the HOA amount for condos at The Greens. I asked if he was working with an agent, and he said yes. I suggested he call his agent to get the information. He said: why would I do that, when you know the answer!
2. Larry received a call from a woman who said she spoke to me last year. Larry said he can try and answer her questions, but she said she won't discuss her Real Estate business with a man...
3. A woman called who wanted to know which were the good school districts. I explained to her that I can direct her to a website where she can read about school ratings. She said, no need to do that as she didn' t have or want any children.
4. A caller asked how many pets are permitted at the Blue Ridge condos in Medford. I asked how many pets she had, and she said "too many to keep track of".
And My Favorite One This Month...
5.A caller said this is Elliot and I work closely with Realtors selling ads in the local golf club magazines. I told him I was not interested and he said..."Can you give me the name of another agent who will buy an ad. I just started this job and I want my boss to see that I am bringing in business."
