Homes in Old Cove Estates are desirable. 218 Old Cove Road - a 2,462 sq ft home - sold on August 9, 2019 for $480,000 ($194.96 per square foot).  Your home should be worth much more than the cost to build it, although we recommend you keep such a home on this majestic lot for generations.
