No So Wordless Wednesday: Crape Myrtles in Bloom in Santa Ynez!

Early yesterday morning (6AM) we drove up to Figueroa Mountain Road for a hike to see the sunrise.  Afterward, we drove to Santa Ynez to the Baker's Table. Amy, who owns the place makes the most amazing croissants (almond, plain and chocolate), and thin baguettes as good as the Parisian version.  As we were walking to her store, we noticed the crape myrtles in bloom.  This is their time of the year!

Happy Wednesday!

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Michael Jacobs yes it was.  There are couple of mountains that are made of a light turqoise blue rock, and they were irridescent early in the morning.  We bring some of these rocks for our garden here, and enjoy the amazing views from up high...Amy's baking is amazing, even though some of the places in town have her croissants and bread delivered, we prefer going there every so often instead...A

Barbara Todaro we are usually up around 5AM most days, and this is the best time to get things done.  We also have clients back East, so it is 8AM for them, and they are getting busy as well,  And driving up the see the mountains is a treat!  A

Taking an early morning hike is an amazing way to start the day. Lovely crape myrtle photo; I don't think they are blooming here quite yet.

Lottie Kendall Santa Ynez is a much warmer climate than Santa Barbara.  The high yesterday was 85 compared to our 70.  Their temperature can get to over 100 in the summer, perfect for the grapes.  Ours will come later.  A

I love crape myrtles. I had pink and purple ones in my garden.  I didn't trim mine though. Those are lovely. What a great start to your day. Have a blessed day.

Love those crepe myrtles, Alexandra. Charlotte is awash in them all summer long. I always have a crepe myrtle in my yard. Mine was blooming hot pink flowers fantastically all summer, but after several very heavy rain storms my flowers were all washed away.  I hoping to see more blossom before the season for them ends in later September.

I love Crape Myrtles, and I especially like them in the color pictured.  They remind me of lilacs in that hue.
