Not So Wordless Wednesday: Cultivated Oyster Mushrooms!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

These are a clump of beautiful oyster mushrooms.  They are being cultivated by our Papaya Man (his specialty is papayas and bananas).  Because he has space in his greenhouse, he has added mushrooms to his repertoire... We love getting these, and quickly sautéeing them with a touch of butter and a hint of garlic.

Pleurotus ostreatus, the pearl oyster mushroom or tree oyster mushroom, is a common edible mushroom. It was first cultivated in Germany as a subsistence measure during World War I and is now grown commercially around the world for food. It is related to the similarly cultivated king oyster mushroom. CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  To instantly convey what sets you apart from the crowd you need to be able to answer EACH ONE of these 3 questions in less than 30 seconds.: 1) What Do You Do?; 2)  How Do You Do It?, and;  3) How Are You Different?.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in less than 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Oh wow, Alexandra... if you hadn't said upfront they were mushrooms and I just saw the picture, I'd have guessed these were some unusual flowers.

Those are cool looking mushrooms.  They look delicate. I bet you they are very tasty. I would have never guessed that they were mushrooms.  New delights from California and the Seigels.

Kevin J. May love the song, and you are right as far as timing.  You reminded me of a book where the hero knew the timing of cooking foie gras.  He sang the Marseillaise, and turned the foie gras in the middle of the song, and knew it was done at the end of the song.  I tried it and it works.  A

Nice!  We love these, and mix them with fresh shiitake whenever we can find them.  Garlic butter, pasta - what's not to love?  -B
