The average sold price for homes in Chesterfield County, Virginia, beginning August 2019 is $307,564, this is an increase of 4.28% compared to the average sold price a year ago of $294,949.
The average sales price for homes in Henrico County during July 2019 was $324,789; this is up from the July 2018 average sales price of $303,885. There were 540 units sold during July 2019, which is also higher than the 473 units sold during July 2018.
