Peacock Wine Bar is Simply One More Reason To Buy A Home in Chandler or Gilbert is Chandler and Gilbert’s newest nightlife venue and is scheduled to open at noon Saturday, Aug. 24, and believe it or not, it’s not downtown or in SanTan Village Mall.

One More Reason To Buy A Home in Chandler or Gilbertsay’s Tracy Schoenley and fiancé Richard Wallace who are making their first foray into the food and beverage industry. Peacock is opening on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Baseline, where they’ve taken over a former fidget spinner store location.

The grand-opening will include free beer and wine tastings between 1 and 5 p.m. and yes, it’s all free!

Peacock Wine Bar offers 70 plus wines, as well as four different wine flightsand 10 local craft beers to Chandler & Gilbert Residents and Homeowners.

Food is still only small bites such as meat and cheese boards, bruschetta, salads, hummus, and flights of artisanal chocolates; However, Schoenley and Wallace hope to add sandwiches which will be One More Reason To Buy A Home in Chandler or Gilbert.

Peacock Wine Bar will be open 3–9 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 3–11 p.m. Friday, noon-11 p.m. Saturday, and noon- 9 p.m. Sunday.

Happy hour will be from 3–6 p.m. daily and 9–11 p.m. Friday and Saturdays.
