The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 2.6 percent, new homes are down 1.5 percent and resale condos are down 2.3 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 5.1 percent, down 4.6 percent on condos and down 33.7 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 55.6 percent and the sales volume is down 27.6 percent
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.2 percent and the sales volume is up 4.5 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 7.6 percent and the sales volume is up 2.5 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 10.9 and the sales volume is down 5.2 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 11.3 percent and the sales volume is up 11.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 12.3 percent and the sales volume up 1.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 15.3 percent and the sales volume is down 3.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 10.0 percent and the sales volume is up 16.7 percent.
There are few changes in the market it is slower and it is not growing.
