JB England Builders' Timberland Custom Homes division has assumed build rights for a large portion of the remaining community lots. With two lots sold and under contract and another 7 lots available, they're combining with Robert Lucke Homes & Wieland Homes to get this community finished!
The Villages at Four Bridges is one of three patio home specific sections of the popular Four Bridges community, offering access to the benefits of social membership in the community: clubhouse, tennis, swimming and plenty more! And you can be teeing off on the links of Four Bridges too!
Other perks of the location is the proximity to VOA Park, Liberty Center and Union Centre, plus the I-75 interchanges at Tylersville and Liberty Way are just around the corner.
The Villages at Four Bridges is a limited community, with only 30 homes being built for this section. These are CUSTOM patio homes, so you'll have more flexibility than production style patio homes, and expect to pay accordingly. Prices start in the VERY upper $300s, but realistically expect to be in the $400s or higher.
Like other patio home communities, expect low maintenance construction and your HOA fees covers the lawn mowing, landscaping and snow removal.
