This customer relationship management enhances Flex MLS by plugging in new ways to automate your contact list. Information flows seamlessly between the MLS, Spring, and iMaxCRM. You can schedule automated messages called campaigns to a list of your contacts within the system. These campaigns allow contacts to receive messages based on their point of origin or the system they came from. This will allow agents, brokers, and real estate teams to scale their operations, follow-up with communication, and maximize their customer content efficiency.
How does it work?
A customer will find a listing on Spring MLS portal or an IDX website and will request more information. The portal then saves the customer's contact information to the Spark API and it is immediately available on iMaxCRM. The CRM will then automatically import the contact and note the point of origin. Based on that origin, the CRM will automatically assign the contact to an existing campaign simplifying your system.
The contact will receive an instant text message thanking them for registering. This is then followed by an email with information about the listing that they requested. The automated campaign will continue to stay in touch with regular market updates and any other messages that of been indicated with the campaign setting. All of the contact information and activities available for review as well as collections and saved searches and the iMaxCRM will integrate Zillow in the same way.
