I was in the Village the other day running some errands, and taking some photos I plan to use in some future posts (and to check on all the new residential building that is happening) and walked by the Fiesta Liquor Mini Mart in the artsy North State area.

 

I've seen it before, of course, but haven't really paid close attention. It certainly adds a lot of color to what could have been a pretty drab wall, and grabs your attention, if you aren't already interested in the store for what they sell. Another of Carlsbad Village's many fun wall murals that add so much to the community, and not unlike the one at The Big Pig on Carlsbad Village Drive, don't you think?

I think so Anna Banana Kruchten CRB, CRS 602-380-4886  especially if people want to water the flowers!!

Cafe Ground Up looks very cool and they have a great menu. Can't believe I have yet to spend time there. It's on the list!! The owner also owns the Italian Restaurant across the street that is quite good - we've dined there a bunch of times, and with friends!
