September 14-15, 2019

The Pet Food Express Bay Area Pet Fair features more than 70 Ca. pet rescues and shelters in attendance, with over 2,000+ adoptable dogs, cats and small animals. It is the largest pet adoption fair in the nation.

   Lafayette Art, Wine & Music Festival

September 21-22, 2019

Typically held the third weekend in Sept, this is one of the largest festivals in Contra Costa County. In 2018, over 85,000 people strolled among the booths of art, handmade crafts, enjoying food from the local restaurants, food vendors and food trucks as well as quality wines and microbrews, pausing to enjoy continuous music from their four stages.

Eat Real Festival   
September 21-22, 2019

Eat Real combines a state fair, a street-food festival, and a block party to create a celebration of good food. Participants will learn where food comes from, who grows it, and how to make it. Eat Real's mission is to help revitalize regional food systems, build public awareness of and respect for the craft of making good food and to encourage the growth of American food entrepreneurs. Eat Real supports the Baykeeper, a non-profit organization focused on keeping our bay clean.
