It doesn't look like much now, but soon Watercrest at Landen will feature new construction patio homes by Fischer Homes!  The former Cincinnati Golf Center is transforming into Cincinnati's newest patio home community!

Located in Deerfield Township and part of Kings School District, there will be a limited number of patio homes available, and with an anticipated start price in the mid $200s, we expect this community to be a popular choice! 

Pros: 

Located near two I-71 interchanges, commuting should be a snap.

Multiple ranch style floor plans available with options for a loft or basement depending on choice

Proximity to LOTS of amenities:  Kings Island, golf, dining and other entertainment.

FREE fireworks shows during Kings Island's operating season.

Fischer Homes is a leading builder of patio homes in Cincinnati.  Lawncare is included in your HOA fee. 

Community to include walking paths, greenspace and playground.

Cons:

Fireworks shows from Kings Islands!  If your little dog hates BOOM BOOM, you might have an issue.

No pool if that's a must have for you.  (But Kings Island's Soak City is almost next door!)

 

Watercrest at Landen is not ready for orders YET (as of September 2, 2019).  Once they start taking orders, expect 6-7+ months from accepted contract to build.  To get registered on their waiting list, please contact us at 513-520-5305.  We'll establish contact with the builder's rep to make sure you'll get your chance to claim a lot as soon as Fischer is ready.
