Recently I rented property to one of my clients. I was happy to help them. It was a beautiful unit in the development I showed them the pool on the river. I explained to them the community and all the amenities. We had done a whole tour of the community and walked the grounds. It is a lovely place especially the time of day we were there with the boats sailing by as we walked to the deck. We discussed all the wonderful trips that were planned in the community. They asked me how much do we need to give you to hold the unit. I smiled as I was not sure if they liked it but I was sure I like them.
They are retired folks. An application was all they needed. If they checked out it was theirs. They did check out I knew they would. One thing I will say I am a lucky lady my clients are wonderful people. The lease was signed. Money was exchanged. They did not want to move in on the starting day of the lease ; but that is okay. They will have to meet up with the management and go over the rules and regulation. When that is done they will get a sticker for their car also and a key fob for the gate.
