Founded in the 1920's there are beautiful properties and palatial estates in Broadmoor. There are 4 Broadmoor homes for sale currently on the MLS with a list price range of $3,100,000 to $5,750,000 and an average dollar per square of $654.19 and an average days on market of 96 days. There are 5 Broadmoor properties that are pending in the MLS with an average days on market of 40 days. These range in price form $1,495,000 to $2,995,000 with an average of $1,987,000. 
The 2019 Broadmoor real estate market has been interesting overall with 9 Broadmoor homes for sale that have sold in the MLS and 2 that have sold off market.
